Paynownow first market is Nigeria, with commercial launch March 2020. In Nigeria, Paynownow is a mobile money service operator in Nigeria. Paynownow offers a range of services such as: free money transfers, deposit to bank accounts, buying/sending of airtime, bill payments, remittances, bulk disbursements & collections that are accessible via our online channels (web/app) Paynownow also has a nationwide agent, where people can get access to financial services.

1. Bank transfer (Instant): You can fund your Paynownow wallet via internet banking or bank mobile app by transferring funds from your bank account directly to your Paynownow wallet. Simply follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to your internet banking
Step 2: Select transfer to other Banks
Step 3: Insert your 10 digits Pocket account number (NUBAN)
Step 4: Select “Paynownow ” or “Paynownow wallet ” as beneficiary Bank
Step 5: Input amount
Step 6: Fill the required field on the transfer page
Step 7: Input your PIN
Step 8: Complete the transfer process
2. Paynownow Agent: Kindly visit any Paynownow accredited agent to fund your Paynownow wallet.
DO NOT share your administrative password with your agency tellers.

Yes, To buy airtime, withdraw money from your wallets to your Paynownow wallet (for free), and then buy airtime with your Paynownow wallet.
Locate and click ‘bill pay’ offering under the ‘transact’ menun
Select preferred biller from the featured list or search for biller by name using the search tool
Enter customer details with biller as appropriate (i.e. acct num/cust ref)
Enter customer personal details (i.e. first name, last name and phone number)
Click ‘go to verify your entries on the confirmation page
Click ‘go’ to complete transaction
You will be presented with a ‘transaction success’ message (if successful)
Customer gets SMS notification on bill paid
Click the ‘deposit to Paynownow ’ offering
Enter the amount to be deposited as stated by the customer
Click ‘go’ to review your entries
Click ‘go’ to complete the transaction

The customer gets SMS notification on the deposit made
Click on ‘withdraw from Paynownow’ offering
Enter the amount to be withdrawn by the customer
Enter withdrawal details i.e. withdrawal code and customer phone number on Paga
Click ‘go’ to confirm entries are correct
Click ‘go’ to complete the transaction
You will be presented with a ‘transaction success’ message (if successful)
Your e-float balance increases by the exact amount of funds withdrawn
Under the ‘transact’ menu, locate and click the ‘deposit to bank’ offering
Enter amount
Enter recipient’s details: Phone number, bank and account number (NUBAN)
Enter sender’s details: Name, Phone number and Remark
click ‘go’ to verify that all entries are correct on the confirmation page
Click ‘go’ to complete transaction
You will be presented with a ‘transaction success’ message (if successful)
Recipient’s will receive credit alert from the bank
Click ‘withdraw from bank’ offering
Enter the desired amount
Enter customer’s details (i.e. bank, account number and phone number)
Enter withdrawal OTP sent to customer’s phone number at the bank or token generated by the customer on the next page.
Click ‘go’ to confirm amount
A ‘transaction success’ message will be displayed on the screen
You will get commission on all transactions performed within a month on the 1st day of the following month
